ESP: Fees*

The cost for the Early Start Program is $7,299.00. The cost included tuition, housing, three daily meals, and extracurricular activities.

International Students:
Visa and Payment Procedure
Students and their families are responsible for obtaining any required Visas. Please contact the Summer Discovery office at (516) 621-3939 for more information regarding the process by which you should obtain a visa for the program and make payment arrangements.

Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy

Payment: The $95 application fee must accompany the Application for Enrollment and is non-refundable, and not applicable to tuition. Upon notification of acceptance into the program, a deposit of $1,000 is due within 15 days, accompanied by an Enrollment Form to secure enrollment. The balance of the tuition, refundable fees and optional fees are invoiced by mail, and due by May 1. Full payment is due upon enrollment for students who apply after May 1.

Cancellation: The $1,000 deposit, less $350, is refundable until April 1 if the participant withdraws for any reason. Withdrawal from April 1 to June 1, will result in a $1,000 cancellation fee, plus cost of non-refundable airline tickets issued. Cancellation from June 1 until day of departure, will result in a $2,000 cancellation fee, plus cost of non-refundable airline tickets issued. Program tuition and fees are non-refundable if withdrawal is made after program commencement for any reason, including, but not limited to dismissal from the program for disciplinary reasons.
