Section A —

Bring to the Summer Sessions Office (2214 SAAS Building—above the BARC Office).

Section B —

Due no later than May 16

  • (1B) Medical health clearance required to participate in the Summer Sessions London Travel study program.

For All Registered UCSB Students – Student Health Online Clearance is now CLOSED. (Coming Soon)

For NON-UCSB Students – If you are not a UCSB student, you must process your medical clearance at your college/university health center or with your private doctor.

Section C —

Due no later than May 16

  • (C1) Passport. Turn in one photocopy of the signature and photo pages of your passport to Summer Sessions.

  • (C2) Travel Itinerary. Email or drop off one copy of your complete travel itinerary to Summer Sessions. Travel itinerary should include all arrival and return flight dates, times, airlines, and flight numbers.

  • (C3) Register Your Trip. Register your trip for the mandatory University of California no-cost Off-Campus Trip Insurance. Go to: UC Business Travel and complete the “Business Traveler Insurance” form. You will receive a confirmation email including your insurance card. Print 2 copies and bring 1 copy to the Summer Sessions office.

Section D —

BARC Information. If you will be receiving Financial Aid which will be applied to your BARC Account, you must sign up for eRefund (commonly known as Direct Deposit). Signing up for eRefund only takes about 2 minutes and is done online. Complete step-by-step instructions can be found on the BARC website.
