By choosing to live in University-owned off-campus apartments during the summer, you will be able to meet people, live close to campus, and be a part of the many fun activities planned for you as a member of these residential communities. And remember, you are guaranteed UCSB housing for the year following summer. Off-campus apartments for summer are the Santa Ynez and El Dorado apartments. The on-campus Residence Hall is San Miguel.

Note: You must apply for summer University-owned housing. Do this RIGHT AWAY, especially if you will be attending Session A. Priority is given to Transitions transfer Students who apply before June1. For more information and to apply for summer housing, go to the Housing Website.
