It is important to note that while you can submit your form or petition almost instantaneously, the review process is manual and may take up to three weeks to complete. This form is used to cancel or withdraw from all Summer Sessions enrollment. The day the Office of the Registrar receives this form is the official withdrawal date and is used to determine the refund of fees, if any. Please note that if the student is in paid status, there are no refunds for courses dropped or withdrawn from after a session's Drop with Refund deadline. All Summer Sessions deadlines may be viewed here.
Submit this form if either of the following conditions apply to you:
You would like to re-enroll in a course or courses after you were lapsed/dropped due to non-payment of fees.
You would like to add a course or courses to your summer schedule after the deadline to add a course with an approval code has passed, and you have already been given an add code by the instructor.
Submit this form if you are seeking a refund for tuition, late payment fees, or other fees after the posted drop deadline (review our dates and deadlines here). Please note that BARC will automatically refund your tuition fees if you drop your course(s) within the posted drop deadline for each Summer Session, which can take up to five business days.
