Korean W 1, 2, and 3

Korean W 1, 2, and 3 comprise the first-year Korean sequence completed in an intensive nine-week, fully online format. Designed for students with little or no prior experience, the courses introduce Hangul, essential grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation using customized apps, video materials, and online language-learning tools. Synchronous sessions foster a supportive learning community, while asynchronous components provide flexible practice that accommodates students’ schedules. Students develop communicative competence and cultural awareness, preparing them for intermediate-level Korean study. 

Korean 1, 2, and 3 are individual courses that may be taken as a consecutive series or as stand-alone courses if prerequisites are met.
